Background

Hendel, a former communications minister, launched The Reservists in 2025; economist Yaron Zelekha's New Economic Party ran and failed to cross the threshold in 2022. Their joint list was filed on the first filing day, 2026-09-07 (Ynet, https://www.ynetnews.com/article/syywdl3oge). Einat Wilf, a former Labor MK, is ranked third.
